This would work but it would make it so that if you wanted to redefine
an border area for render you'd have to hit Shift-B twice. Not a big
deal but Alt-B seems like a better choice to me. I would have
suggested it myself but I assumed everyone would jump on it and say,
"We have too few hotkeys left!"
