[Bf-committers] guessconfig error

Hi, just went to compile using cygwin and there was a problem with 
guessconfig.
I guess that in all the solaris stuff, it got DOS line endings, and 
cygwin's make didn't like that.
It was a simple fix (nano), so I would think that on the next commit 
someone could fix this (unless it's a dependent thing and committing it 
wouldn't do any good?).
