[Bf-committers] Windows RC2 / Major GE problem ( may be other OSs also ) - confirmed as showstopper

This happens also with current SVN, and it really is a big showstopper.
To 'fix' it for now, run it on the command-line with the -w switch. I
think this is related to Campbell's work for the window borders on Linux
(-W, -w and whatnot).
