[Bf-committers] Frameserver on windows?

Ok, I understand.
I've also seen the wiki page about it now.
But it does not work under windows when building with MSVC.
And as far as I know the official blender build will be made using MSVC, 
am I right? So this won't work on windows with official build.
Is that an issue or not?
