[Bf-committers] Frameserver on windows?

A "frameserver" is a way to set up a pipe to serve video and audio to
an external program. It's a way to bypass rendering everything out to
a file before encoding it. It was part of the updates to the
sequencer.

BTW: for those interested in frameservers, AVIsynth3 has become
somewhat functional. It works on Linux a'la Gstreamer.
