The first steps to a working Blender 2.42 Web Browser Plugin are done.

This is Windows, ActiveX. It is reported to work under Internet Explorer, 
and Firefox (using 'render as Internet Explorer 'ActiveX'). 

Anyone asking for another platform is kindly asked to provide that 
themselves, it's open source after all. Once this plugin is more stable (it 
crashes easily), I might add Mac OS X support (need to buy a cute Intel 
MacBook).
