[Bf-committers] Announcing new Scripting Guidelines

Hello All,
announcing the proposed guidelines for blenders python script refactor.

Willian Padovandi, Tom  Musgrove and myself have edited this document 
and are satisfied with it as a first draft for review.

Heres the wiki document with the guidelines:

We will discuss this at this Sundays meeting, Feedback on the on the 
bf-python at blender.org mailing list is fine too.

After the meeting it will be advertised on blender.org's and 
blenderartists.org's Python forums for community suggestions and 
criticism before we start organizing it
(probably one week after the announcement).
