Hi,

I know this is the wrong place for feature requests, but it would
really be a tiny thing with a great effect ;)

After loop cut (CTRL-R), CTRL already constraints movement to 10
increments.

It would be really useful if SHIFT could be used similarly to
transform() for fine-tuning the loop cut position.
