[Bf-committers] Modifier Icons

Hi,

i updated my modifier icons used in the last CVS built:
- painted a boolean icon
- updated softbody icon (good hint from Ton to make it
	not looking like a drop)
- a sweeter hook icon that use same pixel space
	(old one looks to great)
