[Bf-committers] Quick proposal for "Print Size" settings mode

Sounds good to me,  i have no objections to a popup thing like the game 
framing settings.

infact i think that sounds like one of the best ways to deal with it.

with the new saved presets thing would it be possible to add a few page size 
presets? such as A4 A3 CD cover...  or would the presets targeted just at 
print be included in the Print settings popup?

i certainly think that the popup is a good sollution for it though :D
