Under GPL you can sell binaries, and at any price the other part
accepts to pay. You just have to follow GPL, which means you have to
provide source to the buyer, or offer it at the processing cost of
sending it (mastering CD, stamps, that things, not asking thounsands
for it, the unrestricted price is the binaries, not the source).

The problems can arrise if he sells things that are not under GPL in
that CD. Or just breaks the rules of the GPL, like no source and no
offer for it, or binaries from modified source and provide unmodified
one. Some coders get angry (with reason) if they get bug reports from
modified sources. Or use trademarked names, registered logos and so
on.

So the details is what counts, GPL is not "anti sell software", all
the contrary, FSF got money to keep running doing it.
