[Bf-committers] Arrow keys in knife tool

Hi,

I just put a teeny tiny patch on the patch tracker.
a) It lets you use the arrow keys to move the mouse cursor within the  
knife tool.
b) it changes the headerprint to mention that you can constrain the  
knife line to the screen with MMB
