[Bf-committers] scons release, not updated dir move

Hi, building with scons works, but if you do a 'scons release' its still 
looking for /release/bpydata/... which has moved to 
/release/scripts/bpydata/
scons needs updating in a fair few places for this, but all fairly 
simple search replace stuff.
