[Bf-committers] UI Rotation enhancement.

Well imagine two objects that have a center point close to the center of 
the screen but not close together in depth. Selecting one and moving the 
view would result in something completely different from selecting the 
other. I think I could see how this would be useful. It would make 
hopping from mesh to mesh quicker. Select -> Tab -> Rotate instead of 
Select -> Tab -> Dot -> Zoom -> Rotate, if I'm not mistaken. I think it 
would be interesting to at least experiment with.
