Here is the latest version of sculpt mesh - it has mirroring available on
the x-axis which is usable on simple meshes (Ie the default cube subdivided
to 1500 faces, or importing of symmetric poser models with as many as 60000
faces).

More complex symmetric meshes can be used with mirror mode by scaling the
mesh larger then applying scaling and rotation. Of course arbitrary meshes
can be used with mirror mode off with excellent results.

It has had quite a bit of testing by users in the elysiun forum and all
known bugs are fixed, I've personally tested it with recent windows and
MacOS X buiids.

I have a version with a selection circle, but it is slow if the radius is
too small and has other things I don't like about it. (I'll make it
available tomorrow, but it is not recommended for general usage...)
