[Bf-committers] Viewport/ Material design issue

When you change the value of the Spec slider at the material Shaders 
panel the viewport will change automaticly the specular level of the 3d 
object.

But when you pressing shadless nothing happens. It would be great when 
the specular level of the 3d object in the viewport would changing in 
the same way if you setting the Spec slider to zero.
