[Bf-committers] How can I change the path to the default .blender directory?

Hi,

Kinda stupid question...is there any easy way to set the blender
directory (seems to be ~/.blender by default) at the build time?  I'd
like to make blender look for things under /usr/lib/blender instead of
individual's homedir.
