Hi,

Release builders / module owners:
can you verify the install procedure info, as initially written here:

http://download.blender.org/release/install.html

and mail me (plain text, I'll add it) updates if this still is how it  
works? I especially miss the definition of 'home' at windows, and the  
install method for new python scripts
