I'm working my way through the changes now, couple quick questions:

1) BM_edge_face_pair() seems to return true for edges with just one
face. The function doc says it "returns TRUE when only 2 faces are
found". Guessing it needs an extra check?

2) Is there an equivalent to BM_edge_other_vert for MEdge? Some of the
marked places aren't BMesh.
