[Bf-blender-npr] next steps of Freestyle and Blender NPR development

Hi all,

I agree with the proposed list above as the optimization come in the first
priority. We use freestyle in current production and when it come to render
quite large environment, blender start flooding the memory and cause system
to not responding.

And thanks Tamito for freestyle for cycles. We like it a lot :)
