RSA is a fairly well known encryption, so if it should be a part of  
the spec is some what debatable. (I'm not totally against it though)

I originally wrote the first draft of the spec (poorly), but then Emil  
has taken over. I'm not sure he has been able to keep track of all  
minor changes. But that's probably my fault.

Yes and no. Its something I want to do but since there hasn't been any  
complaints, I keep putting it off. Most of the things that needs work  
are things that are internal to the protocol. In other word things you  
don't need to care about if you use the reference implementation. If  
you are trying to make your own implementation (are you?) that this  
would be more critical.

Perhaps there is a silent mob out there who desperately need the spec  
to be updated, if so, tell me and I will move it up my priority list.
