[Uni-verse] Update of periodic report

Dear Friends,

as mentioned before it is time to update the periodic report.
The report should describe the progress during the second reporting period
1 Feb. 2005 - 31 Jan. 2006.

Please NOTE that the "Staring Point" paragraph should describe the 
situation at the start of
reporting period (as it is described in the First Year Periodic Report) 
NOT the start of the project! 

A good staring point for the work is the 18 month report.
I have indicated responsibilities in this report which is attached.

I need your updates at the latest on Tuesday February 28.

Please note that we will have a PCC meeting on March 2, 10-12 to follow up
on the report situation.
