[Uni-verse] Management and distribution reports

Dear Friends,

I have uploaded the hopefully final version of the Second Year 
Management Report as well as the Second Year report on the distribution 
of the Community's contribution
on the WP1 section of the web site.

The information in those reports should be the same as previously sent 
but just compiled in two reports.

The scanned forms C was to large to be uploaded on the web site so I 
excluded them from the Management report.
It would be nice to upload them at a later time if Ton can arrange that.
