Folks,

Here is an updated version of the spec I sent yesterday. The major
difference is that it no longer relies on clients knowing their own
IP address (!) since that is not a valid assumption to make in the
presence of NAT:ed networks. Hopefully the outlined approach will
hold water when implemented; time will tell.

Oh, and I've enabled my e-mail client's warning for blank Subjects,
now, sorry about that. :)
