Dear Gert,

I just received comments from our legal department. Their only request
is the following:

---
Article 6.1 According the rules of the Commission, the costs of Audit
certificates are fully paid by the Commission. The words "up to amount
1800 if not decided otherwise by the Project Co-ordination Committee of
the management activities within the budget." must be replaced by "fully."
---

Related to the existing know-how HUT would like to mention two
softwares:

1) rt - geometric room-acoustic software including the ray-tracing and
the image-source methods,

2) auralize - auralization software.

Both of these are distributed if requested in Limited Source Code
without any support and permission to use these to fullfill the goals
of Uni-Verse is granted.

Our goal is to make replacements for both of the softwares under GPL
in the Uni-Verse project incorporating the functionality required to
fullfill the goals of Uni-Verse. For this reason there should be no
reason to distribute these but still I would like to have these two
written down.

Regards,
	Lauri
