[Uni-verse] Consortium agreement

Dear Friends,

this message was sent last week but was too large for the mailing list
so I'm resending with a link to the agreement draft:

As we talked about on the meeting in Amsterdam a consortium agreement is
needed in a project like this. This has to be completed before the 
commission signs the contract.

The consortium agreement is only between the partners and stipulates how
the project is to be managed, how decisions are made and rules for 
Intellectual Property Rights etc.

The lawyers at KTH has finally prepared a draft of such a contract based
on a standard contract called the Helmholz agreement.

I think this needs some discussion and explanations.
Just now I just send the contract so you can start to read or let your
lawyers read it.

It is however important that we finalize the agreement this year.
