Project: Recast&Detour integration

Done this week:
- reworked navmesh building using operator instead of modifier
- added support for navmesh building from several selected source objects
- added custom data layer to store polygon index for each face

Plan for next week: visualization of the navmesh polygons (possibly using
modifier) , to adapt the conversion to detour data for new blender
representation, work on bugs in the detour integration
