i have suggested earlier that we should ship with a good UI module in
bpymodules. currently many people seem to write their own wrappers. as said
before, one way to come up with a standard wrapper would be to go over the
existing ones and try to synthesize something useful .. perhaps some of the
authors of the existing modules have already done that, as they have tested
the other ones and decided to write their own?-)
dunno if bliff or something else is up to becoming the standard - have myself
used the simple ScriptUI one, but have heard that it has not suited many
others - dunno how popular other existing ui modules are.
if no one module can rule all UIs, i guess it would be a possibility to ship
several .. scripts are so small that size is not an issue i think, but
probably it is not a good idea for the team to take the responsibility of
maintaining several different ui libs.
