[Bf-python] python_export.py script update

Here's a new release of BPY_exporter
(python_export.py):

compared to current version (in 2.40), new features
are:
it exports :
- vertex groups (thanks to JMS ;) ) 
- face mode, transp and mat (no flags)
and it starts handling:
- material (mesh material only, no object materiel)
- texture (no image texture)

while working on that script .. I identified a few
functions from Material and Texture module which act
in a weird manner (more accuratly .. in a manner I
don't understand well .. i don't know if it is bugs or
not)..

I don't know whether this version deserves to replace
the current one or not .. (some new features .. but
some of these features are not fully operationnal) 
See and do what you think is best.
