Francesco,

Yes, I followed all of the instructions and must have made a mistake along the way. Now that I have done the process from the beginning for the 3rd time, everything worked as described, and I can now view the HTML version of the manual.

Thank you,

Ethos

Hello,

I guess you have been following this, right? https://www.blender.org/manual/about/install/windows.html

It does not really matter where you have placed your checkout the documentation. You should simply type

cd C:\the\path\to\your\blender_docs

and then run

C:\Python34\Scripts\pip install -r requirements.txt

I hope this helps,

Francesco

I am at the point where I am trying to run the requirements.txt file using python. I get an errorno 2 saying that the file or path does not exist. I am assuming that this file needs to be in the c:\blender_docs directory. Where do I get that file if it was not placed there in previous steps? Should I really be pointing to a different directory than the c:\blender_docs ???
