[Bf-docboard] Getting involved and workflow questions

Yes.  I agree strongly on this.  Myself being in a state of wondering 
where to start?  I am not a Blender dev, even if I have been a 
developper for 20 years in industrial  and networks.
This makes me cautious about the topics to write about and the level of 
details I should/could go into.
