[Bf-docboard] Bokeh Blur node diff

Hi all,

I've submitted d1152 today which primarily adds the Bokeh Blur and Bokeh 
Image nodes. I'm not sure who to add as reviewer as I understand Greg is 
on holiday (happy holidays btw).

Does someone want to do this? I believe Jeroen Bakker and Monique 
Dewanchand were going to take a look at some point so I've added them as 
subscribers. I also added Pep Ribal as he was the last to edit the task.
