[Bf-docboard] Blender Render - World Properties - stars?

HI guys,
I was sifting through the property editor world documentation and I saw this:
http://blender.org/manual/render/blender_render/world/stars.html
In 2.73, it doesn't appear that there is a Stars option in the World settings for Blender Render. Is this truly deprecated?If so, should it still remain somewhere in the documentation for those folks who still use previous releases that have this option?
