[Bf-docboard] French translation

Hello,
I would be very interested in translating the documentation of blender in
french. I've seen there's been a attempt in the past with the 2.4 release.
I would like to know if there are tools built with this intention. I can
manage something with git and a snapshot of the current documentation to
keep the translation updated but it's very new to me.
