[Bf-docboard] Error in Blender 2.6+ Wiki

Hi Doccers!

In the documentation for the Speed Control Strip in the Video Editor section of the manual, mention is made of:
“and Enable Frame Blending to give that film blur feel”

This function is, apparently no available in 2.5+ so reference to it should be removed from the manual. 
(Well, I’d really prefer the function be restored, but you can’t have everything!)
