[Bf-docboard] Keyboard shortcut convention

How about:

- use sphinx/python preferred:
   :kbd:`Ctrl-A`,  :kbd:`A`
  see: http://sphinx-doc.org/markup/inline.html?highlight=kbd#role-kbd

- If we don't like the way it renders in HTML, we modify the theme,
  hacking on sphinx isn't so hard and we already have some extensions
for youtube and vimeo.

(excuse the appeal to authority, but I rather we stick to the standard
here unless theres a _very_ good reason not to).
