[Bf-docboard] Keyboard shortcut convention

Ye, I agree easy to read is probably more important.

If possible, Id like it to look like the wiki shortcuts.

Combo ... :kbd:`Ctrl`:kbd:`Alt`:kbd:`P` ... [Ctrl][Alt][P] ... (Simultaneous)
Chain ... :kbd:`R`, :kbd:`X`, :kbd:`X` ... [R], [X], [X] ... (Sequence)

Though im not is rst parses this syntax.

Then [Ctrl][+] would also work, if thats a problem.
