[Bf-docboard] Keyboard shortcut convention

I don't have really strong opinion, but prefer:

 :kbd:`Ctrl+A`

Its just easier to type and if you want to chain key bindings its a
bit clearer whats going on.

eg:
 :kbd:`Ctrl+F`,  :kbd:`W`
