Knowing near to nothing about game making, it looks good to me. Should 
be useful stuff. Great job!

The Game section is missing an "object" section. Other mesh/materials 
properties useful only to games (often visible in gui only with game 
engine activated) are put into the usual non-game sections, see 
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.6/Manual/Materials/Properties/Game_Settings

Probably you could add it under a similar "Game settings" somewhere 
under Modeling/Meshes. Being there could help to keep the new panel 
description "in context" with other not game-specific panels...
