[Bf-docboard] Minor doco changes

I've edited a few comments pages in the cycles section, mainly to request
some more information. I also
startedDoc:2.6/Manual/Render/Cycles/Nodes/Vector as
it did not exist.

I've been a hobby user of Blender for some years. I find the online
documentation insufficient, but I do not know enough to write any myself. I
live in Hong Kong; as far as I know the only Blender user here.
