Hi, ok,
since it is now a manual page, I changed the "niceTip" in some more 
extended info, now it will be also easier to add other versions, from 
other people.

I also changed the link description in manual TOC, and L1 header in the 
page itself
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.6/Manual/Introduction/Downloads

from

"Unnoficial downloads in PDF format"
to
"Downloadable versions of this Manual 
<http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.6/Manual/Introduction/Downloads>"

which fits more other formats too...

Hope this does not break others work/style.
