[Bf-docboard] Bf-docboard Digest, Vol 103, Issue 6

Hi friends !

I have moved the tip in the top of the manual to a page called
 "Unnoficial downloads in PDF format" under a new section,
called "About this Manual"

I have maintained the tip for collaborators.
