[Bf-docboard] Structural changes to the Interaction in 3D chapter

Hi all,

So I've been working on the Interaction in 3D chapter for a while. I 
think there are a few structural changes that could be made to improve 
it based on the comments left from the major review and my experience 
poking around in there for the last few months ;-). I've collected the 
suggestions at the following link as it wasn't the sort of thing that 
could be read easily on the mailing list.
