[Bf-docboard] Writer Guide update

To all bf-docboard members:
 
There is a draft of an updated version of the Writer Guide  in User:Sculptorjim/Writer_Guide, which I hope provides improved guidance to writers and potential writers. Comments and suggestions for improvement welcome; I plan put it up in two or three days (before the Conference) so please respond promptly.
