I removed the "Rarely useful", added the Simple use example, fixed the demo
image and .blend, and took off the wood texture in the last example.

I had a very hard time figuring out a way to demonstrate "Subdivide UVs". I
must be missing something (the text, there, is from the previous version of
the page).
