[Bf-docboard] Links to non-existent pages

Hello,

I see the brazilian team goin on, good :)
I have some suggestions though.

(1)

If a page doesn't exist then don't link it, so that we avoid those awful greenlinks ok?

(2)

I've recently refactored some translated Manual index pages (not all, need some help :) in a way
that in all non-existent pages readers have both the translated title and the link to the english page,
see http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:DK/Manual

For example, since Doc:Manual/Vitals/Screenshots isn't translated in brazilian at the moment, in Doc:BR/Manual I've put
:Screenshots - [[Doc:Manual/Vitals/Screenshots|eng]]
so the readers see that there isn't the brasilian page but they can go to the english one.

I'd like to see translators to change that in
:Capturas de tela - [[Doc:Manual/Vitals/Screenshots|eng]]
rather than the actual
:Screenshots - [[Doc:BR/Manual/Vitals/Screenshots|Capturas de tela]]

This last one doesn't make sense, because the reader can't go to the relevant english page and
he can't neither see the translated title too.

If you guys have some time please can you do these changes?

My fault tho since I should have put this in a guideline page :), now it's in
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Meta:Guides/I18n#Links_to_non-existent_pages

Regards,
Luca
