I think I haven't been enought clear in my comments: this proposition re-uses nearly everything from the "old" version, just re-organisating/updating it a bit,
and with a few new work (like the "sky/atmosphere" page)

Yes, it's true, but I think it is much more consistent to have this settings repeted in all pages, as each lamp have a different sub-set of them.
However, perhaps I might move more "general" info like montecarlo in a "global" ray-shadow page... I'll see what I can do!
