[Bf-docboard] problem with outdate doc mirrors

Hi.  I've noticed that a lot of new users keep finding outdated mirrors 
of the manual rather the the wiki.  To address this, I think we should 
a) delete the old manual from download.blender.org, and b) email the 
sites who mirrored the manual and ask them to link to 
mediawiki.blender.org instead (sort of benign google bombing).

Anyway, I will email the site owners of the following websites myself:
