[Bf-docboard] Navigation Plugin

sorry, ive been kinda outta touch for a while, i know i tried to get some
feedback for the hotkeys plugin, but got no reply.

Ive mostly been doing my own blender graphics, I'll have an update for you
on this by the end of the week.
