[Bf-docboard] working wiki

Hey guys....

I've brought the mediawiki db schema back to 1.5.2 enough so that all 
the problems seem to have disappeared.  I'll keep working on it... 
please respond directly to me (david at tellim.com) if you have any 
troubles so that I can find teh bug and kill teh bug.

We will upgrade the wiki at some point when MySQL gets upgraded to a 
post-stone age version.  I'll let the list know when we're ready to try 
again.
